Our IPA is an American interpretaion of this famous British style, using American malt and a large dose of Centennial and Cascade hops. (IBUs-50)

On tap, Nashville Blackstone Restaurant. Coppery pour, off-white head. Nose is citrusy, flavor is citrus and malt. Finish is nicely hoppy. Balanced, but not spectacular.

Pours amber with a white head. Huge fragrant floral hop aroma. Flavor is extremely hoppy. Medium-bodied and quite dry palate.

2009 Tap. Probably my least favorite IPA. Strong hops scent, but the flavor is punishing in its relentless, biting floral features. Tastes almost like a conifer tree. Overall a trying experience that I would not want to go through again.
