SubstanceT (1087), Saint Louis, Missouri, USA Jun 20, 2007 Rating 1059, On tap at the brewery in Nashville TN. The description on the menu was soooo strange I am going to submit it for a correction and hopefully it will get added. I mean seriously, so strange that from the description I wasnt sure if this was dishwater or a beer. </P> Clear with no bubbles. Ruby with no head. Nose is thin with slight hops. Is that cascade hops? Hops crisp thn quickly to a flat lager stale water syrup runoff. Then more to medium hoppy bitterness. Barely drinkable.
