Caramel taffy colored beer. Soda like head. Nose is clean and toffeish. Slight red bell pepper as well. Flavors are too effervescent. Hard to make anything out other than an acrid bitterness from the CO2 and some lemony hops. Poor beer

Aug 20, 2008 Sampled at the 2008 Music City Brewers Fest. Copper with an off-white head that left light lacing. Sweet aroma of fruits and malts. The flavor finds caramel and a light fruit background. Light body with a medium bitterness. Smooth carbonation.

Aug 17, 2008 A golden orange pour with off white head and lace. Mlat and very light hops. Caramel malt flavor with a very lite bitter. Good clean and refreshing.

May 1, 2008 Draft at Blackstone. Bright copper color with thick foamy head and great lacing. Aroma is very malty with a fresh scent. Taste is rich malt with light hop notes.

Mar 28, 2008 Bottle poured a lightly hazy gold with a minimal lingering ring of amber foam. Aromas of carmel, vanilla and a hint of spice. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of bread, light straw and a hint of spice with a smooth moderatly bitter finish.

Mar 18, 2008 Cask handpull at brewpub: Clean golden hue with a small frothy head and very good lace. The aroma has notes of grassy noble hops, some apple and mango esters, biscuity malt, hint of caramel, and some pepper vapours. The taste is a balanced mild bitterness, fruity and dry grainy background. A touch medicinal but not too bad. The mouth feel is soft and chalky, thin and refreshing enough. A very quaffable session beer, I liked it. The should be listed as an ESB methinks.
