3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 ClubGonzo (1732) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUL 19, 2011
Can from Thai supermarket. Clear beautiful golden/orange body, no head as usual. Nose is wood, yellow and red apples with touches of yeast. Taste is sweet yellow apples up front, then a wooden tart tone sets in and lasts throughout the rest of the palate. Dry finish, medium carbonation. Quite all right in my book.

1.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20 judasbeer (431) - Budapest, HUNGARY - DEC 28, 2009
0.5 L Can. Straw-yellow color with bubbleish appearance. Ridiculous aroma of co2, dextrose, saccharine, slight sourish apple, huge amount of rusty metal paired with a somewhat chlorinated swimming-pool character. Additive driven off-flavors dominates the whole palate. The main mouthfeel is basically sour with citric acid, rusty metal and other chemical acids. Terrible (unfortunately long-life) sulphurous, acid aftertaste. Watery, flat surface. Chemical, industrial crap for horrible price (here in Hungary :)). Waste of time and money. Amazingly unbalanced.
1.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 Marko (2977) - Split, CROATIA - OCT 18, 2009
Can, probably from Geoffrey’s of London, Antibes (http://www.geoffreysoflondon.com/) Gold-amber body, extremely fizzy, medium sized white head. Burnt popcorn nose, more of the same in the taste, only with light apple and acidity. It’s basically crap (even overrating it a little I reckon) and I can see why the West Country people were pissed off when it came out.
