Bottle. Pours sparkling yellow gold with a quickly disappearing head. Tart apple aroma. The flavor is like watered down apple juice, with a strange note of apple cider vinegar. Drinkable.

Apple cider, lively at pour with the head gone instantaneously. Aroma of apple peel and vinegar. Taste of apple and an offputting sourness akin to vinegar. Astringent, tart, thin, chewy and undrinkable.

Bottle. Pours aggressively fizzy and quickly dissipates in to a still clear straw color. Aroma is faint apple juice with a dry beer like note. Flavor is light, dry with a sweet apple juice like flavor. Nothing to write home about at all.

TheAlum (2981) - Lisle, Illinois, USA - JAN 10, 2009
Bottle poured into a pint glass and consumed and talked about with the girlfriend. This brew is lighter gold, with a whitish head, largely transparent. Aromas are apple juice, must, light alcohol notes. Taste is similar, a dry cider that still remains a little sweet on the palate. A good idea, but a bad execution.
