Flat and not particularly tasty.

This cider sparkles to the max! In addition, it has a light gold body and lacks a head. A fermented apple juice aroma is one dimensional, but aptly indicates what is to follow. Alcoholic apple juice tasting with a sour apple flavor on the palate that endures and is indeed the defining characteristic.

Sweet but not even a little "bite!" My wife liked it but it was too sweet for me.

Light golden colour with not only no head, but no carbonation bubbles whatsoever, the barkeep could have given me apple juice and I probably wouldn’t have noticed (except for the 6%abv - but that doesn’t kick in until after you have finished) A sweet smooth refreshing beer, but only one for me - can’t do too much sweets at once.

like apple juice. I really enjoy this with a meal, but by itself it’s a little too sweet.

Very dry and crisp, like a typical English cider. Adequate.

Strong apple nose, pale yellow, short lived noisy head. Apple flavour, much like apple juice. Not overly sweet, enjoyable.

Carbonated, no head. Clear light yellow. Very light aroma of apple. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Sampled alongside ’K’ and Etienne Dupont...the latter of which makes it hard to take this cider seriously.

The best cider I’ve had, although I haven’t seen it around here in a while. It’ll be a cold day in Hell, though, when I mix it with Guinness. Update: I found it again. Good color, not too fizzy. A bit of lambic-ish funky aroma.
