500mL can from the LCBO. Second installment in my new "Shameless tick-rating Saturday series". Pours a pale yelllow with no head, highly effervescent. Aroma is alright, smells of apples surprisingly. But not rotten apples, semi-decent smelling apples, and no skunk, and nothing that makes me want to vomit, which is typically a plus. Flavour is actually quite tart, upfront loads of sour apple tartness with some synthetic sweetness rounding it out. Dryness follows in the finish with some dullness possibly from the booze. This is actually a decent drink for something I thought I’d take two sips of and drain pour the rest. Everything fizzes away so quickly on the palate there’s little opportunity to find anything offensive about it. Doesn’t necessarily provoke any real interest in cider in me though. Not sure why it’s rated so low, remnants of bad teen-drinking experiences from a lot of people perhaps?
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 Nail (11) - Georgia, USA - MAY 14, 2009
This is a fine dry cider. Plenty of tart apple flavor without the excess sugar many ciders exhibit. If judged strictly as a cider, without comparison to beer, then this would score higher.

Yellow pour with small white head. Flavor of SURPRISE apples! Same thing for the aroma. It is what it is after all, fermented apple cider, but yet its decently enjoyable.

The color is golden, little head, clear, and no legs. The smell is fruits, apples, not much, and not very good. The taste is fruits, apples, yeast, blah, and off taste.

12oz bottle, from Kingfisher Tucson AZ, tastes just like apple juice plus some dryness, exactly like it should, still new to ciders so not sure exactly what this should be... wasnt bad and was easy enough to drink.
