I normally would not rate many ciders, but this is the definitive English cider to me. Not overpowering in its tartness and very subtle apple flavors. It is as the name says also dry.

Sweet but not even a little "bite!" My wife liked it but it was too sweet for me.

This cider was pretty awesome I thought. Very dark yellow color, scent of apples. Tastes of apples, and rather sweet, not quite so dry as I was expecting. Nicely carbonated, I enjoyed it.

Can at Governors Island Brewfest. Not sure why this cider doesn’t get higher marks. I thought it was very good and highly drinkable. Pours a light, clear yellow with a filmy, fizzy white head. Strong apple aroma. Flavor is pleasantly sweet, not aggressively like some ciders, with a faint, tart finish. Light to medium in body with bubbly carbonation. A solid cider.

This is a fine dry cider. Plenty of tart apple flavor without the excess sugar many ciders exhibit. If judged strictly as a cider, without comparison to beer, then this would score higher.

UPDATED: NOV 9, 2005 why the bad ratings, this is a simple yet great cider! pours an appetizing golden colour..good bubbles, no head, smells straight, is sweet and tangy with a tasty yet smooth and mellow nip...a alcho version of appletizer!

I quite like this but only when I fancy something a bit sweeter. Goes well with a meal anyway

Not usually a Cider guy but I'll give this one a whirl. Looks like sparling grape juice, no head. Smells quite dry like a nice champagne. Tastes in some ways like a sparkling wine as well. Not as dry as Strongbow perhaps but quite dry. Sweet and sour apple flavor. No bitterness to this at all. Not my favorite but it has its place. Cheers.

This dry cider has nice crisp & bitter taste and a long finish. It poors golden with a small white head.

Appley aroma, as would be expected. Looks like a sparkling cider. Flavor is fruitty and likable...cant knock a cider...usually.
