Golden, not much head, goes quickly Citrus hops in nose Slightly bitter in mouth with slight caramel aroma and acidic flavour. Fizzy and watery

Cask handpull at The Rake, Borough Market. Cellar run. Gold. Bizarrely a bit like a Belgian blond. Bit of rose petal. Oddly nice and the first cellar run I’ve had at this pub so hats off to the guy behind the bar.

Cask at the Market Porter in London. Nice floral hop aroma. Golden amber color with a nice off-white head. Near medium body with very smooth carbonation. Good amount of floral hop over relatively light malt. Quite good drink.
