COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - February 2011.
A fresh fruit aroma combines with a radiance of citrus and grapefruit flavours that tingles the palate and culminates in a crisp dry finish. Light Copper in colour.

UPDATED: FEB 25, 2011 Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Thin yellow colour, scum top. Reedy, piano string hops. Some lime fruit pastille, some nettle. A bit dry papery on the aftertaste. Initially promising, but flavour doesn’t last and lacks weight. Addendum:- very drinkable, does get better.

Cask at the Shovel, Lye. Pours a dull gold with a medium head. Aroma has a honey and floral sweetness. Taste has a subtle biscuit start. A sweet hop and perfume finish.
