Cask; Special - October 2010.
A strongly hopped ale, fighting with flavour but well balanced by pronounced malt characteristics.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 20/10/10. Amber with a slight, off-white head. Hoppy, citrus aroma with a touch of sweet malt. Flavour had plenty of mandarin and lemon fruit, with a decent dry finish. Very good.

cask at Cloisters ... Yellow amber ... thin white head ... light lemon nose ...big sweet lemon peel hop ... juicy with along linger ... nice up front but too bitter a linger.
