Cask; Special - September 2011.
This ale is a contemporary infusion of flavours, stuffed full of hops that swirl over the palate. This gold coloured beer finally descends into a dry malt finish

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 7/09/2011. Deep gold with a slight white head. Citrus hop aroma with slightly sweet malts. Flavours of orange, peach and biscuit malts with a dryish finish. Good.

Cask conditioned Handpump Slug & Lettuce Leicester. An orange coloured beer with a white bubbly head. Good citrus notes throughout this. Tangerines to the fore. Quite bitter and well brewed. Tasty.

Cask at Cloisters. Nose is lovely - kiwi, mango maybe, real fruity hop profile. Palate is slightly bready but maintains the fruit notes. Smooth but bitter linger. Lovely session beer, really impressive.

Cask conditioned at Moreton in Marsh Beer Fest ’11. Gold with white head. Light, crisp golden ale, typical of Salopian, dry, fruity hop, passion fruit, kiwi, really quite enjoyable.
