Cask (gravity dispense) at Pigs Ear Beer Festival, day 2 on 1 December 2010. Hazy pale gold. Zesty, lemony aroma. More citrus on the palate. Maybe a little short of depth but undoubtedly a clean and refreshing golden ale.

Gravity cask at the Old Fountain BF. Clear, honey-gold pour with a foamy, white head. Fruity hop nose, light malts and honey. Quite sweet, with orange juice and caramel, then bitter with hay and lemony citrus. Light in body with fine carbonation. Some bread and juicy citrus in the finish, with light drying, hay, grass and straw hops. Excellent beer!
