COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - March 2011.
The palate is powerful, intense and structured, with lovely freshness and complexity. An ethereal lightness flows through a vivid aroma of citrus and tropical fruits.

Cask (gravity dispense) at Wandsworth Common Beer Festival @ Le Gothique on 25 March 2011. Incorrectly listed in the festival list as Impressionist. Clear pale gold/straw colour. Loose white head. Good condition. Strong citrus aroma. Quite lemony with some biscuity malt backing. More of the same in the flavour. Very clean, firm mouthfeel. Extremely refreshing. Straightforward but appealing. Salopian / Blackwater seem to be doing these pale refreshers rather well these days.
