Clear light golden ale topped by a gentle white head. Rather oily and buttery, kinda dull nose where incomplete grainy malts appear solely grainy. Gets dry in mouth, finishing almost roasty all of a sudden and lacking hops big time really. Incoherent.

Cask conditioned at The Woolpack, Banbury. Pale gold with white head. Unexpectedly pale with lots of vanilla notes, Slightly thin, and sweet, but in the end a decent enough beer to be worthy of the session tag. Reasonable without being great.
