Cask conditioned at Far from the Madding Crowd, Oxford. Gold with white head. For a pale beer this was full of flavour with a particularly dominant burnt lemon note, very dry and hoppy, then a caramel smoothness, very nice and tasty and the beer that brought about the run outs of Ponting and Clarke, good show.

Cask at the Far from the Madding Crowd, Oxford. Pours a lovely pale copper colour with a good white head. The flavour is a fruit with a soft malt in the background. The finish is dry with a nice fruit finish. This is my sort of beer.
