Cask Handpump at the Black Lion, Salford 25/04/2010 Big fruit aroma. Copper coloured fruity raspberry flavour. Smooth on the palate with a slightly dry malt finish.

Clear medium brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, strawberry - raspberry, moderate to light heavy artificial berry - fruity sweet. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, artificial sweet berry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100425]
