Cask at the Sussex Arms, Twickenham Green, 16/02/13.
Clear pale golden with no head.
Nose carries pale malts, honey, light citrus.
Taste comprises much the same, pale malt, citrus, light sugar, hint of orange.
Medium in body with moderate carbonation with some bitterness in the finish.
Assumes the classic ’W’ formation under which it shall be filed and likely not revisited !

Cask at Brew Louise with Sarah. Pours a clear yellow with a white head that starts at the edges and dissipates completely. Aroma has light grain with a strong earthy hay note and a bit of nuttiness. Flavor starts with very earth hay and nuttiness with a bit of earthy bread.

Aroma of light citrus and yeast. Texture is very thin and watery. This is low on flavour. It has a light , grassy taste and is quite yeasty too. Also far too much carbonation.

Cask by handpump at Bon Accord, Glasgow (28 Jul 12) - golden ale, good off-white head, slight haze, pine, fruity hop aroma, fruity, grassy, moderate carbonation, fairly sweet

Cask at the Express Tavern, Brentford. Amber with a thin lacy head, citrus and nutmeg on the nose, malty and nutty with more hints of spice on the palate. Somehow it’s familiar yet strange.

On tap. Light aroma, golden body, tastes bitter and fruity. Decent enough ale, easy going sessionable beer.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 20/05/2012. Deep gold with a slight white head. Light, citrus hop and sweetish malt aroma. Flavour had tangerine fruit, biscuity malts and a dryish finish. Good.

A bit on the thin side with some citrus aftertaste, but overall quite refreshing. One for a warm day.

Cask @ Old Hall Beer Festival Chinley, 23/9/11. Straw coloured, small head on this beer. Grapefruit and lemon on the nose along with hops. Refreshing summery feeling ale.
