Cask@St Albans BF 06. Slightly eggy/sulfuric aroma. Balanced between hop and malt. Grainy hops, citric hops, earthy mouthfeel/flavour.

Cask (gravity dispense) at St Albans Beer Festival, September 2006. Golden colour. The name suggests some US influence but I can’t say I picked up too much US hop presence. What you get is a dry, crisp and clean session bitter with slight touches of fruit. Not jam packed with flavour but fine as a quaffer.

Cask Stillage at the Memorial Hall, Northwich 22/09/2006 Sweet aroma. Golden coloured slightly fruity and sweet tasting. Some dryness in a crisp malt finish.
