Cask at The Elm Tree, Cambridge. Copper with a small white head. Earthy, near chocolate aroma. Composty taste, rough, mouldy and loamy. Mid bitter finish. Impressively tough and uncompromising for the ABV. And the second beer I have enjoyed on this day in Cambridge which includes a punctuation mark in its title. Which must be a record of some sort.
