COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is brewed with the most noble ingredients amongst which wheat, typical for the best Belgian white beers. A touch of coriander gives it a subtle acidity. Blance de Brabant tastes even better with a touch of lemon.

Interesting bottle 0,75l
There is no yeast or any sediment in the bottle, but beer is hazy as any wit beer. Aroma is good to this style. Palate is thin but not much watery. Taste would be a soft but same punget yeast flavor than blode, spoil that feeling. Taste is dampened down but I can find a bit of wheat cereal and even less coriander.
Not bad, not awesome. I could buy more if we got summer like last one.

Light yellow colour, white, fast dissipating white head. Candy peel, medlar, slightly spoiled aroma, like sick (weeïg). Very light flavour, medlar, somewhat sweet. Went down the drain.
