Cloudy yellow color with a fine white head. Sweet aroma. Spicy and sour french witbier.

#1200 bottle; nose is heavy sweet citrus, almost candy-like, lemon cordial. weak hay, very comfortable dry elderflower whiff, little spice, corn later, feel is mediumwatery, carb is medium, taste is thin with banana, hay, little sweet rosehip, decent citrus, late weak sour lemon and very mellow hops

Bottled: Very pale, very cloudy looking beer with a tall but short-living head. Aroma is herbal and sour-sweet with notes of citrus, apples, spices, yeast and hay. Taste is medium to heavy sweet with a nice herbal hoppy dry slightly astringent finish and a light body. Watery texture, soft carbonation. A very nice wheat beer with a rural charm.

Bottle - 330ml. Hazy pale blond body with a good white foamy head. Fair, rather thin, malty/hoppy aroma with some flowery/herbal hints. Taste carries coriander notes and ends with a decent bitter/herbal finish. Drinkable.

Cloudy gold beer. Soft palate. Wheaty malt with some soft fruity touches - sweet orange and a hint of peach. A definite ginger note just before the soft semi dry finish. Very nice!

75cl bottle at home cloudy orange, thick white slightly fluffy head. aroma is faint orange, a bit dry, peach. perfume. flavor is a bit dry, faint peach, a bit bitter.yellow fruity, lemon peel, faint sweet. palate is quite soft. Not bad belgian white, but nothing special either. I like them a bit more citrussy, and a bit less bitter. Easy-drinking stuff. sessionable.

Yellow and hazy. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Aroma has some light notes of lemon/lime. Moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet, average duration. Lively carbonation.

Heavy malty aroma. Average frothy, white head. Fair lacing. Cloudy, light yellow body. Moderate sweet and light acetic flavor. Medium palate.
