Draught, Chez Michel, Strasbourg. Pallid hazy light yellow colour with a thin white head. Sweetish citrus aroma with a hint of spice. Flavour a big let down...insipid, artificial, soggy cardboard. Not pleasant.

Bouteille (merci, Stephane !): Pale golden, hazy, smaller, persistent white head; sweetish-grainy-wheaty nose with a lemony fruitiness; sweet and slightly sourish flavour, light bodied; delicate wheaty-lemony finish, a bit tart and salty in the aftertaste. Unspectacular.........

bottle. Cloudy strawy-pale yellow, medium-sized head. Aroma of yeast and lemon. Medium-bodied, spicy and very hoppy for a Blanche with flavours of lemon, orange , banana and yeast, as well as a shy touch of coriander.

Bottle. Banana, orange, clove, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy orange-yellow color with moderate head. Banana, clove, and wheat malt flavor. More like a Weizen - nice.

Hazy golden color, white&medium head what diminishes quickly. In the nose are some honey what you can feel in the flavour too with a sweet taste. Light&balanced acidity and carbonation in the light&balanced body.
