COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

A better than average Belgian wit. Midl sweetness and toasty, crisp wheat malts. The pour is a hazy yellow with a thick mess of white head. Pillowy, dense and cavernous. The nose is bright and floral with subtle spiced notes and a hint of orange rind or lemon zest. Mild malts with a bit of sweet fruit notes. The finish is crisp and clean with a hint of hop. Overall a nice, well balanced wit.

Good beer. I can see why win the Worlds Best Beer award for best wheat beer. Not a huge wheat beer fan but can appreciate it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Geschmacklich sehr bananenlastig, und daher eigentlich ganz anders als die Biere. Die wir normalerweise trinken, dennoch ungemein süffig und lecker......

Drank from a bottle. Very fresh, quite fruity (citrus) and a bit gassy. Really good considering the amount of alcohol.

A hazy yellow beer with a tall and frothy white head. Aroma is yeasty, spicy and fruity. Taste is fresh and mild fruity, strong citrus taste. Low bitterness and dry finish. Fizzy carbonation

Bottle from a Superalko in Tallinn (€ 1,40). BB 03.2016. Poured as suggested on the label: half, swirl, other half. It is very pale, hazy or even milky yellow with a massive white top that leaves big islands of lacing. Nose the usual spiciness and citrusy orange peel and lemon, but somewhat dank wheat, distinct Belgian yeast, banana, cereals. Taste sweet and grainy with moderate bitterness that turns more sour in the finish. Palate wheaty, grainy and dry, body medium, carbonation quite crisp. For some reason I think I’d enjoy this the most very early in a summer morning before breakfast, watching the sun rise on some cottage terrace with my bare feet in the cold dew-covered grass.
