25 cl bottle at home pours fizzy yellow, big white foam . very common smell, but pretty intense on the coreander. -- head turns realy fluffy now -- high, but not to high carbo . coreander, grainy, citrus,... pretty intense taste actualy ! grainy aftertaste, some sugar between things, but just that little hint. carbo is pretty fine too ! high, but not to high pretty amazed, as i thought this would be less than mediocer... wich it aint !

330ml tap at Il santo brevitore. Light yellow unclear body, looks like pineapple juice. Small frothy head. Strong smell of fruits , pineapple, peach, jackfruit and some lemon. Very much like juice, sweet and too little carbonation. (16.05.13)

Tasted at 6*C. Richt head, steady foam, light cloudiness turns to mediume if you mix in the sediment. Aroma, banana, fruit, toffee, citrus-> these flavours you also get if you taste it, mostly banana and fruit. A bit of sourness in the aftertaste. Would have been better with a little more ABV.

Une blanche à 4,5 % abv, ce n’est déjà pas terrible, mais en 25 cl, là franchement on pousse le bouchon un peu loin... Blanche sur lie ok, mais on va voir la suite … Couleur jaune paille très très clair, avec le voile diaphane approprié au genre de bière. Bulles moyennes très peu nombreuses. Mousse blanche qui vient napper à 5 mm. Arômes de citronelle, citron, bois de buis, fleurs blanches et une pointe de coriandre. 1ère bouche douce, agréable, avec une pointe acidulée mais pas extraordinaire. 2ème bouche toujours aussi peu vigoureuse, goût agréable mais sans envol... 3ème bouche un peu plus sur le froment, mais avec une arrière-bouche vraiment modeste. Longueur où on reste dans le doux/mièvre. Levure surette et banale, malgré une pointe fleurie. Alcool bof. Finale qui ne confirme rien. Bière d’une grande banalité, qui ne peut aucunement prétendre à une médaille dans un concours, et surtout pas mondial. Ou bien le jury était bourré, ou bien ses membres doivent changer de métier !!!

Bottle. Hazy, slightly greenish yellow color with a medium thick white head. Sour aroma of wheat, yeast and lemon. Sour, dry, acidic taste.

Bottle @ home picked up at Mile High Denver. Pours a milky, light yellow appearance with a big fluffy, snow white head. Super zesty, spicy coriander, grains of paradise, orange peel, juicy citrusy, wheat aroma. Somewhat chewy wheat, big refreshing lemon zesty, fairly dry flavor. One of the best witbiers I’ve had in a long time. Definitely on par with some of my other favorite witbiers like Hoegaarden, Two Jokers, and Namaste.

Kaatuu lasiin kullankeltaisena ja sameana, vaahto on melko runsas ja höttöisen pilven näköinen. Pitsiäkin jää reilusti. Haju on jopa yllättävän hefemäinen, banaani on erittäin vahvasti esillä. Sitrus ja mausteisuus kuitenkin helpottavat tunnistamista witiksi. Lievää marjaisuuttakin on joukossa mansikan tai vastaavan muodossa. Maku on huomattavasti perinteisempi, korianteria ja muuta yrttimäisyyttä löytyy, Vahvana on myös sitrus ja hedelmäpurukumi, mausteitakin löytyy melko paljon, Banaani tulee vasta jälkimaussa mukaan kuvioon. Suutuntuma on melko hiilihappoinen ja kohtalaisen raikas, kuivan puolelle taittuen. Helposti lähestyttävä ja raikas witbier, jossa reilusti hiilihappoa, kesäterassikamaa.

Pale yellow hazy pour.. Aroma is licorice fruits and malts somespice... taste is similar.. Very dffrent. ?never had a beer like it..

Bottle 0.33l from local market. BBE 270914. Colour is hazy yellow with large thick white head. Aromas and flavours: Wheat, spices, fruits and citrus.
