Jun 22, 2008 Bottle, april 08. Hazy, yellow-orange color with a lasting, bubbly, medium white head. Nice citric, spicy, coriander aroma. Perfumey. Nice, citric, spicy flavor with some perfumey notes. Light mouthfeel, silky feelingm acidic refreshment with swift carbonatation. Nice, perfumey and refreshing wit.

Jun 20, 2008 Bottle: Poured a deep cloudy yellow color ale with some white haze and a small foamy head with good retention but no lacing. Aroma of medium wheat malt with some light coriander. Taste is also dominated by some nice wheat malt notes with some coriander and orange notes. Body is too thin and watery and carbonation is a bit low for the style. More spices and a bigger malt profile would have increase flavour profile. I guess this is OK for the style but I have definitely tasted better.

Pours very pale, hazy yellow with a medium, frithy, white head. Aroma is wonderfully spicy, lots of fresh coriander, light citric and good graininess. A bit light mouthfeel. Flavour is again based more on the spices than the yeast - unlike many other wits. A bit milky with a light graininess. LIght sweetness.

Jun 9, 2008 Bottle... Hazy, straw-colored ale with a mid-sized, frothy, white head. Good retention. Yeasty, breadsy aroma with a soapy essence and equal dashes of spices and herbs. Medium-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Tart, with low sweetness and low bitterness. Terrifically balanced and refreshing. Short, crisp, lightly acidic finish.

Jun 5, 2008 Hazy blond coloured beer with small white head and some nice carbonation. Fruity and herby aroma. Creamy little herby aroma. Spicy herby finish, nicely balanced though. Dry.
