May 25, 2008 750 bottle. Hazy yellow at first, then very milky and cloudy on the last pour with the yeast. Small head. Nose of citrus, lemon, tartness. Fluffy, carbonated body. Light body and flavors. A bit tart, tangy, lemony but nothing that really stands out. A good summer beer but a bit lacking overall on flavor.

May 11, 2008 Lovely fluffy head a beautiful looking beer this,good carbonation,canary yellow pour,perfumed aroma,clove coriander,orange,hint of lime,hops and malt.Flavour clove,nutmeg,cinnamon,coriander,orange,lemon and lime notes,sweet.One thing a little soapy.Finish full spice and herb smooth dry.

May 7, 2008 Very floral, citrusy, with a heavy dose of corriander on the nose. Pours a very cloudy white with a thick white head. Lots of corriander with citrus, wheaty, with a slight sour citrus finish. A lot of sweet citrus flavor which i like in a wit. Very refreshing here in the Fl heat!

May 5, 2008 Bottle: Bright yellow in color and it’s very cloudy. The white head fades to a film. Very bright aroma. Some lemon notes, anise, coriander and nice Belgian yeast esters. Lively carbonation. Bright flavor with soft lemon notes-slightly tart and refreshing. Some mild spices are present as well like coriander and subtle anise (not sweet) Nice yeast quality overall. A tasty and unique Witbier.
