Commercial Description:
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Pours a cloudy pale yellow, decent white head. Slight citrus and spice aroma. Very "fresh" scent. Flavor was nearly immaculate. Full, citrusy, floral, spicey, floral and tasty. Goes down completely smooth, fantastically crisp. This is a fantastic Witbier.

Draught at Microbar, Clapham, London 26/01/08. Banana, wheat, sulphur and coriander in the bouquet. Pours an opaque lemon coloured beer with a firm frothy head. Carbonated. Citrus, grapefruit and pineapple on the pallette. Dry bitter finish somewhat powdery. An ok wheat beer.

Pours a very light lemon yellow with a medium amount of white head. Aroma is spice mixed with lemon. Flavor is spicy (coriander/pepper) with hints of citrus (more lemon than orange). Medium carbonation. Very mellow but a decent beer. Good summer beer.

Draught in Pullman Bar, Helsinki- Cloudy, hazy and golden in appearance with an attractive head. Tangy lemon aroma which reminds me of a lemon meringue pie. Lemon in the taste with a slight hint of spice which is subtle but tasty. Very refreshing.

Hazy yellow with medium head. Coriander, oranges and yeast is in the aroma and flavor. My favourite witbier. Nice on those hot summerdays.
