COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

In bottiglia, colore opaco/torbido, schiuma fine. Al palato poco convincente. Punta finale acidula non gradevole.

A very good ‘small guy’ alternative to Hoegaarden. Wonderful nose of slate, minerals, pepper and a touch of smoke. Very Riesling-like. Palate is more fruity with softer and sweeter citrus fruits. The flinty, peppery note kicks in again late. Relatively dry for the style.

On draught at De Paas, Den Haag. Pours a hazy yellow color with a creamy, small white head. Aroma is citrus and spicy. Flavor is spicy and fruity, quite sweet and nice.

Draft. A very cloudy, vibrantly yellow wit beer. Big, thick, foamy, beautiful head. Strong lemon/citrus flavor and pretty acidic but at the same time very fresh. A very bright witbeer...not overly complex, but easy to drink and enjoyable.

Bottle, 33 cl. Yellow beer with meidum white creamy head, some light bubbles in it also. Smells grainy and coriander. Taste is grainy, light spicy, light citrus and light bitter with a grainy aftertaste also. Nice Witbier, but certainly not one of the toppers in its style, missing a bit that special taste for that.

very light, some spice. Noticable orangepeel, but can’t find the licorice. Tastes dirty and murky, far from fresh. Bottle from Neighborhood Quick Stop, Miami, Florida.
