RollinHard (748), Fort Worth, Texas, USA Aug 27, 2007 Pours a cloudy straw/hay color with a dissipating white head. Wonderfully pungent aroma features cloves, a funky cheese/bread dough mix and strong lemon and orange. A bit of a bitter spice to it too (coriander?). Tastes stings a bit at first, but there are some wheat and dough flavors, tons of lemon and peppery coriander flavor. Finishes dry and kinda "old" tasting in a way. Very flavorful. High carbonation and light mouthfeel, but I wouldn’t call this beer lacking in any department. A solid witbier which I might have more often if it weren’t a high priced import. hoooraybeer (48), Cranford, New Jersey, USA Aug 25, 2007 Great fluffy white head. Refreshing and full with a bready/ banana Belgian yeast flavor. I keep going back to it. Quack-Duck (3128), Bodensee/Schwarzwald, Germany Aug 25, 2007 bottle, bought in England. Pale and cloudy yellow, persistent white head. Fruity and hoppy, well-balanced, hints of spices. BeerBiker (1384), Odense, Denmark Aug 20, 2007 [Sampled in feb. 2005.] Boring look almost grey, but the aroma is better and it points to that this beer is better than the first impression. A witbier with sournotes of citrus and grapes is the best description of this beer. A thirstquencher, but also the best to danish koldskål. Very speciel. Like it or not! Habanero (610), Tranbjerg, Denmark Aug 19, 2007 25 cl bottle: Pours with a hazy, pale golden colour and a tiny, white, fluffy head. Lovely aroma of banana and other fruits. Flavour of citrus fruits. Sweet/ sour finish. Light bodied. A fresh and pleasant beer. badlizard (2324), Berkeley, California, USA Aug 14, 2007 750 ml bottle from Holiday Wine Cellar. Slightly sour citrus and spice aroma. Slight orange taste with a spicy, ginger like quality. Decent overall. robertsreality (2460), Minnesota, USA Aug 12, 2007 Cloudy Yellow Coloring with White Frothy Head.
