Commercial Description:
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Bottle. High white creamy and long lasting head. Hazy light green / yellow body. Lomon coriander flavor Pretty heavily carbonated but light flavor of lemon or grape fruit with coriander. Short aftertaste.

Pours a bubbly hazy light straw golden color, with a medium white head. Definate spice, with the corriander very present, as well as some of the anise, citrus peel, and a light biscuity sweet malt. Heavily carbonated, and very heavily spiced. I understand using the Corriander and licorice, but this is a little extreme. It’s like when you go to use a salt shaker and dump way too much on your food. The food might be fantastic, but the salt covers most of it up.

Bottle -- Probably my least favourite beer style in the world, but here goes... A slightly cloudy weak yellow with abundant carbonation and a huge sudsy white head with incredible retention that actually gets in the way of the beer. Crisp aroma of citrus. Quite creamy palate. Flavour has banana and more sour citrus. Perhaps there’s a bit of coriander in there too, but not nearly as prominant as in other brands. Nice fruity aftertaste. Not a bad beer, considering, but ridiculously expensive in Oz.

Botttle. Have had several of these with moderate to medium expectations, which it exceeded. Pours a cloudy gold, can taste the coraiander but a good balance. Recommended.

The pour reveals a slightly cloudy yellow color with a medium white head that leaves average lacing on the glass. The aroma is dominated by the adequate fruity esters, banana and citrus, there are mild spices in there but the yeast is not present. The flavor has a competent blend of banana, citrus and coriander, again the yeast isn’t detected, also the tart freshness of wheat is present but mild. The body has a light to medium thickness with a creamy texture and gentle carbonation. A competent and adequate witbier but not one that I would buy again.

Bottle from State Line. Hazy off-yellow pour with 1-finger white head. Aroma is orange zesty, spicy, with coriander and white pepper notes. The palate is medium to light, spritzy, with flavors of wheaty malt, spicy hops, coriander, orange zest, and white pepper.
