COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Buon esempio di blanche (che non è comunque il mio stile preferito). In bocca si percepisce chiaramente l’agrumato (e quindi sentori aciduli -anche se non invadenti- che si percepiscono ai lati della lingua), il floreale e frutti tropicali. Dissetante

Bottle (750ml): Very pale, hazy cloud, medium to thick persistent head and moderate lace. Lactic, citrus (lemon), oak or brown spice. Fresh clean nose. Pale malt and fresh wheat. Very dry, fresh and so almost sour. Low bitterness. Clean, medium weight, long and fine. quenching. Spice, mineral. Almost white wine like. Not dominated by sweetness, citrus or spice but it does make for a simple beer. .

Hazy lemon with big white cloudy head. Aroma very limited yeast & wheat. Taste slightly sour. Needs to be drunk pretty warm to stand any chance.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head on it, and a bit of yeast at the bottom. Nose has a lot of coriander and wheat in there, as well as the characteristic Belgian yeast. Taste is slightly sweet and seems pretty yeasty as well, with some slight spice elements. OK, but not my sort of style.

Completely hazy yellow beer with big white cloudy head. Aroma has witbier yeast, wheat, sweet-sourish fresh fruits, lemon peel and coriander. Flavor is dry with wheat, yeast and lemon. Palate is thin with high foaming carbonation. Finishes with quite mild bitterness, leaving aftertaste that is dry, yeasty and pineapply fruity. Quite a fruity witbier but a bit watery in the mouth.
