COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Bottle 0.25. Honey golden and milky white thick foam. Fresh and light tart, light malt, faint banana and lemon and a "milky" touch. Not that expressive and much too "thin" and neutral to my taste.

A cloudy yellow coloured beer with a thick white head. A light fruity and floral aroma, with hints of peppery spice. Dry mouthfeel. A mild bitter taste, a light, but refreshing shandy lemon flavour, with a hint of peppery and clove spice in the background. Bottle from Lidl, Fakenham.

Bottiglia.

Pours yellow with a full white head with light retention and lacing. Pleasant fruity aroma gets the mouth watering before the first sip. Super chalky mouthfeel, impressive. Flavor is lighter than expected from the aroma, aftertaste is a bit thin but overall an excellent brew to enjoy in hot weather.

Tried at Edmonton Craft Beerfest 2015. Probably the better Belgian I tried. Stubby bottle differed a bit from the current Ratebeer photo. Had a nice cloudy golden pour with a foamy head. Nice flavours of yeast, along with spices, coriander, wheat, straw, and orange/lemon tartness.

Pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is has yeast and wheat. Taste is very thin, some citrus, yeast, and wheat. Palate is drinkable, thin. Overall a very boring beer, though very drinkable, but nothing special from other witbiers.

Tasted in historic centre of Namur. Straw colour. Hazy. Pleasant citrusy aromas. On the palate - citrusy with some spices and slight bitterness at the end. Recommended.
