COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloďdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Bottle. A good looking proposition - cloudy with a few thick fluffy head. Citrus and quite a lot of sour wheat. Not bad.

750ml bottle at home. Hazy pale golden color with white head. Aroma is herbal spicy, coriander, light yeasty, light citrusy fruity, grassy and light grainy. Sweet and light bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with average carbonation.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2015 Bottle 750ml, pours hazy straw coloured with pillowy white head. Aroma is coriander, orange peel, corn and straw. In taste medium wheaty sourness and some sweetness. Very light, but balance is a bit disturbed because of to heavy sourness.

03-25-2015 - I didn’t like it at all. I thought the red Blanche de Namur was better.

Nice grassy and malty smell. Tasted some citrus notes and minor sourness. A little watery compared to beers brewed nearby Namur :)

25cl bottle into glass. Spicy wheat nose. Pale yellow beer with foamy white head. Spritzy mouthfeel leads to musk/floral finish with residual sourness, even a little pepper late on. Very easy to drink.

Pours a hazy pale yellow color, topped with a decent whie foamy head. Citrusy aroma, notes of wheat and some spices and mild yeasty aroma also in there. Sweet and fruity with addition of wheaty and spicy taste. Very slight soury feel and very mild bitterness. Refreshing actually.

Some beer bar in Lyon that I can’t spell: Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is lemon, candied sugar, and coriander. Taste is very lemony. Body is light. Not bad.
