Commercial Description:
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Bottle. Cloudy yellow colour with fast disapearing head. Aroma of coriander and oranges. Too ordinary and boring.

Corked bottle with a date of 08/08/09. Small white fizzy head that mostly diminished, fair amount of lacing, visible carbonation, cloudy, and a straw yellow hue. Nose was coriander, sweet, fruity, spicy, and oranges. Flavor was smooth, sweet, ornages and coriander. Finishes dry. Mouthfeel was mostly smooth with a slight tingliness and dry. Medium body. Decent brew, but there are better ones out there of this style.

Pours cloudy lemon yellow twirling with floaties and a good amount of foam that dissipates quickly, light wheat and malt fragrances with citrus and some spices in the nose, faint malt and citrus flavor, lots of carbonation, light on the palate, little bite on the tongue, medium dry in the mouth.

Blanche de Namur 750ml bottle Brewed spring 06, whitened 04/07 Medium pour in a chalice. Poured a hazy golden yellow, with floaties, with a moderate fizzy somewhat diminishing white head. Smelt of moderate coriander, flowery wheat, lemons and light anise Taste was upfront moderate sour sweet and bitter lemon and white doughiness followed by a moderate yeasty dough and bitter spices on an average finish. Palate was light bodied, lively carbonated, slightly dry. Overall, a very refreshing Belgian white that satisfied very well. Perfect for a hot summer day.

Yellow/orange body with creamy frothy white head. Big yeast nose. Must say how nice the lacing was. Taste is all fruit-yeast blend. Lots of carbination. This would have been great on a hot summer day. Thanks for the Mystery trade!

Strong fruity aroma shows big hints of lemon and maybe orange. Nice and hazy in the glass. In the mouth I found it refreshing and smooth, but slightly one shallow in flavor: the fruit seemed to have disappeared. The finish is somewhat ho-hum, this nothing really to say. A nice little white that shouldn’t be turned donw, but truly just another average beer in the bunch.

Tasted at Gollem bar, Amsterdam. Cloudy yellow. Quickly fading head. Medium sweet, with light wheat, citrus, butter, and coriander. A standard, but not exceptional wit.
