Commercial Description:
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

25 cl. bottle. Straw, hazy with a moderate and quickly disappearing head. The aroma has notes of coriander, citrus and wheat, just like the flavour, that has light sweetness. It’s refreshing and light, a nice thirst quencher, that might have a bit more depth.

Pours a cloudy white/yellow with a nice frothy white head. Smells of coriander, cloves, bananas, and licorice with some minor citrussy elements creeping in as it warms. Taste is a nicely balanced coriander/spicey, malty combo with a strong spicey citrus finish. Definitely am enjoyable experience.

From a 750ml Bottle. I took this bottle to a party at the weekend. Very cloudy, small lose head, not much lacing. Not a strong flavour - It’s slightly watery, but with some lemon cirtus flavours. You can taste the wheat, and some slight sweet spice. Light bodied, nice cold, but not exceptional.

Aroma of yeast, citrus, coriander ... Hazy, bubbly lemon yellow with a white head that reduced quickly. Starts with coriander, followed by anise, then orange, ending with a bit of spice/herb. Very refreshing.

A large & fluffy head settles quick and creamy. Excessive carbonation clouds an otherwise light-hazed, pallid yellow body. Dry aromas intensify the underwhelming character of a wheaty base... bready and lemony with clove-like incense as a by-product of the coriander and liquorice. Fluffy mouthfeel precedes a creamy swallow. Flavor is light and yeasty with citrus notes fluctuating between fruit and rind. Well-suited to a languid, humid day in August, but a satisfying alternative to stouts and barleywines on a blustery winter’s night.

Chilled 330ml bottle. Sharp sour yeast aroma reminds me of the dregs in a bottom of a fermenter that has been left there for a bit too long, yet its used by June 2007, so i’m assuming this is normal. Bit of mouldy lemon and spice there too, which isn’t encouraging I gotta say. Pale straw body with alot of haze and a foamy white head. Light touch of lemon-rind flavour in the body, with an acid tang. Carbonation seems quite creamy, with a drying yeasty note that lingers and seems off-putting. This bottle may have been a dud!

Bottle corked. Poured hazy yellow with a large frothy white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate yeasty sour citrus aroma. Light to medium body. Medium citrus sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind.

Pours cloudy pale yellow with a large foamy white head that lasts for a long time. Nose is orange, coriander, and honey. The flavor begins with more coriander, apricot and honey sweetness, and a rather interesting earthy note that reminds me of newly turned soil. Finish has an oily bitterness from bitter orange peel, and some yeast spiciness, almost like a tripel. This is underrated for some reason.
