Commercial Description:
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Straw yellow body with a large, foamy white head that has no intention of leaving. Beautiful aroma of lemon and peach with a soft clove presence. Crisp and fairly light, diminishing after taste, the faintness of the whole mouth feel detracts from making this exceptionally refreshing. On the other hand the bottle could be enjoyed fairly quickly if one were very thirsty. Flavor is a tad dull compared to the wonderful aroma. Same fruitiness, but the spices are more subdued. A dry, grassy flavor comes forward as well as a hint of banana. Decent Witbier, but I’ve found better ones here in the states.

1pt9.4oz bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a quick disapating white head. Smells of lemon, orange and wheat malt. Tastes of lemon, orange zest, corriander, wheat, and candy sugar. Body is a little thin and carbonation is a little light, but overall, its a great refreshing beer.

Bottle. Pours a white golden hazy body with a big white head. Citrus, coriander, wheat and lemon grass, a bit dusty and faded i suspect poor keeping conditions. Decent i guess.

I’ve been drinking all kinds of witbier as of late, sheesh. This pours a hazy whiteish yellow with a big white head. Aroma is fruity pebbles with some orange and spicy yeasty notes. Flavor is nice and drier for the style, some lemon and a little bitter orange peel. Somewhat spicy, pretty good all together.

Cloudy yellow pour with light white head that quickly disappears. Citrus notes are the overwhelming note in the aroma, taste and palate. Nothing really special here...just a very drinkable beer.

Pale yellow color with nice white head. Fruity aroma. Every time you can feel different taste, different spices. Also can feel yeast. Nice finish. Good!

Pours with a crazy head, even into a chalice, Though it’s a nice bright yellow. Aromas of citrus, a little bitterness. Need to wait for the head to settle down to actually take a sip. Nice mouthfeel, some tastes of wheat, citrus, a slight hint of detergent in there too. Some other spices that make the taste almost....festive. I guess it’s alright, it’s almost like drinking perfume though.

Hazy pale yellow with a lasting white head. Aroma has fruity orange, wheat and a hint of spice. Dry and grainy wheat flavour with orange and spices mostly in the finish. An alright wit, but nothing special.
