Commercial Description:
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Very pale, straw body with a tall fizzy head. Smells of soft wheat, coriander, with strong licorice overtones. The latter tones down in the flavor and complements the wheat, coriander, and orange rind nicely. Very refreshing with a crisp, dry finish.

Cloudy light golden color. Large rock head slowly fades away. Coriander and orange peel on the nose. Wheaty, fruity taste with a spicy finish. Not bad on a hot day.

Cloudy yellow, with a big white head. Wheaty, spicjy aroma. Flavor of ornage, coriander, and blueberry. Nice soft, spritzy palate. The label indicates there is licorace in here, too, but I don’t get that. # 143351 on the cork, if that means anything.

Cork & Bottle Liquors, Baton Rouge, La. - 750 ml corked bottle. Cloudy, light golden pour with a very creamy, soft pillowy snow white head. Slight clove-like aroma, some grassy notes, fresh. Flavor is very estery, some banana in the finish. Some spiciness, coriander perhaps. Decently thick mouthfeel, low carbonation, not too spritzy.

In the 750 mL bottle at the Huber Haus Weissbier tasting 4/11/6. Appears very cloudy with the exact color and look of fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice. A weak white head. A smell anise, coriander, pepper and a meaty aroma. The flavor is a tart citrus, floral perfume and an unusual meaty taste. Medium palate, but the aroma is outstandingly complex.

This beer looks like a nice white, but the flavor is too watery. A bit lemon can be found in the aroma. It’s too watery, but refreshing and nice in the hot sun.

Typically white beer. Hazy yellow colour, some light carbonation. Average cloudy white head. Malty-fruity aroma, citrus and herbs. Medium body, rather sweet, with even some peppery hints. Nice finish, sweet with a little sour touch. Not bad.

Light yellow colored, strongly hazy appearance. Big lasting white head. Citrus, mild sourness and spices in aroma, pretty thin nose.Thin to medium bodied. Medium carbonation, lemon, banana, wheat and mild spices in flavor, aftertaste has biting dryness, lemon and mild yeast. Fine refreshing white, still nothing special.
