| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jun 6, 2005 Cloudy golden when poured, head forms fast almost like a can of sprite. The taste is very light and acidic almost like a cross between a lemon soda and tonic water. Not for my own personal taste. Maybe in a small portion, but to difficult to sit through an entire .75 liter bottle. Emil (6074), Copenhagen, Denmark

The aroma is heavy on lemony notes and there is a fruity yeasty character. The taste is quite perfumed and floral with more lemony wheaty notes. The spices don’t real shine out and the mouthfeel is a bit thin. joergen (8523), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Paler than Hoegaarden, but with a smaller head. All the typical perfumy coriander and orange peel notes that make witbiers such a wonderful and quenching experience. This is one of the best. 040993 Mklein818 (165), Etterbeek, Virginia, Belgium
