cloudy yellow, small thick smooth white head.
very nice spicy, citrussy, slight peachy refreshing aroma, also some sweetness in there (powdered sugar).
flavor is quite dry, a bit yeasty, peachy, slight citrus, slight spices, stronger coriander note.
palate is well carbonated, a little too bubbly i think.
overall a nice dry one, but a little too sweet and skunky, as well as a little too agressively carbonated/ too bubbly. mickmac (96), Ngunnawal, Australia
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 30, 2009 Pours with a large white frothy lasting head and a cloudy straw yellow colour. Coriander and orange peel and floral notes evident in the taste. Carbonation gives a pleasant mouthfeel. Delightful. JanVittrup (144), København V, Denmark

More bitter than Hoegarden, orangy, fruity.
Refreshing palate, sparkling, thin.
Great beer. Wife still prefers Hoegarden for refreshment, since Namur is a more complex beer, with a little more bitterness.

Purchased as ’Tesco’s Finest Belgian Wheat’ but ratebeer says this is the brewer. Cloudy straw apperance, bright white head that stays around for a bit and gives some nice lace. Aroma is coriander with a bit of an artificial tinge. Body is medium thin. Overall, not quite the complexity I like in a Wit,but nearly there. Bosskie (107), Netherlands

The typical white beer wheat/koriander taste is a little bit chemical; hints of blood oranges. Leaves a bit of a nasty taste behind. Quite smooth. OK beer as long as you don’t have too many. floydian1 (275), FNQ, Australia
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | May 14, 2009 330ml bottle (expiry end 5/09) into a tumbler glass. Pours hazy dark blond with a medium sized lingering creamy white head. Perfumey aromas of blood red oranges, melons, coriander leaves and wheat. Light bodied with a lively mouthfeel. Flavour is fruity sweetish wheat malts finishing with a mildly citric acid lemony freshness. More complex than Hoegaarden Witbier which is high praise indeed if you ask me. However it is much more expensive Down Under and not readily available. puboflyons (600), New Hampshire, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 11, 2009 From the 1 pt. 9.4 fl. oz. bottle marked 30/05/11-J-10:07. It pours a very cloidy pale yellow with a large foamy head. The aroma is of malts, coriander, and citrus and somewhat enticing. The mouthfeel is fairly heavy. The taste is a fine balance of malts, orange, coriander, and other spices and downright smooth. An enjoyable experience.
