ericandersnavy (1039), crossroads, Texas, USA Apr 25, 2009 bottle #2814 from metzlers in denton tx. this may be one of the most disappointing beers i have ever bought. poured a clear yellow with a quick fading white head. aroma of lemon, orange zest, and coriander. flavor was the same. light body with high carbonation. this was the first beer i bought because of a shelf tag. the tag was a BA tag with a rating of A- so i figured it must be somewhat good. at 9 bucks a bottle i guess i was expecting a little more. MtStateBeer (74), Hurricane, West Virginia, USA Apr 25, 2009 330ml bottle poured into a goblet. Pours a cloudy lemony yellow color with an, initially large head, that reduces to light draping with decent lacing. Aroma is light bread malt, coriander, cloves, licorice, and a hint of citrus. Flavor is similar, with a touch of bitterness. Mouthfeel is light to medium, a bit watery, but lively as a witbier should. There is a slightly bitter finish. Overall a decent beer, true to the style. sirPino (855), Zawiercie / Żywiec, Poland Apr 23, 2009 No 722

Bottle brown, 330 ml, 10 P
Appearance: Pours sunny bright lemony and very light in colour, honey mixed with water, hazy to cloudy body texture, very lively saturated beer under tha shade of yeasty, cloudyness, some metalic illumination of the body, head is milky white, initially huge, very dense, compact, regular in structure, slowly decreasing to medium, long lasting with nice lacing.
Aroma: Strong aroma of clove, banana, orange peal, sour bread peal, white bread, cookies, dough, yeast strains, coriander, some accidity, sweet powder sugar, milk, cream, toffee, juicy, lemon, lime, wheat, barley malt is hidden, some notes of flowery hops, vanilla, butter, cinnamon.
Flavour: Generally rather non - intensive, weak, especially on palate, distinct notes of wheat, barley, poor in terms in hoppyness, reduced yeastyness and what is the greatest disadvantege is its lack of accidity so needed to contribute to the character of this style, gentle bitterness, notes of lemon, lime, flowery hops, thirst quanching, bubble gum, powder sugar impression but still not that sweet, finish duration is medium, non - impressive.
Palate: Body is light, texture is wattery, carbonation on palate is moderate but initially lively, finish feel is gently astringent and gently alcoholic but still alcohol is well hidden.
mkel07 (494), Brisbane, Australia Apr 22, 2009 330ml bottle. Mountainous frothy white head with tiny compacted foam bubbles. Hazy and pale straw in colour with good carbonation as the bubbles rise rapidly from the bottom. Citrus and banana notes with a hint of melon. Nice mild flavour with just a sweet touch. Ryan82SM (231), Louisville, Kentucky, USA Apr 18, 2009 Aroma has strong orange and coriander presence. Appearance is cloudy with a good sized head fluffy white head. Flavor is a bit watery, some coriander but the orange presence has dissipated. Smooth mouthfeel, lightly bubbly. Looks and smells like it means business, but comes up short in the mouth. Davros (202), Australia Apr 12, 2009 Very pleasant pale straw pour with 3 finger persistent head.
Aroma is pleasing, lots of orange, wheat, coriander and honey. Also some soap in the background.
Taste doesn’t quite satisfy as well as aroma. Very light and sweet, a bit of wheat, thats about it.
Body is very light, with lively carbonation.
Amazingly refreshing. Jwasciuk (194), Lowell, Michigan, USA Apr 6, 2009 pours hazy medium yellow with a creamy head. Aroma is lightly malty and hoppy, with yeast being dominate; horse blanket and soap, hints of apple and coriander. Flavor is well balanced, slightly yeasty, spicy with citrus bitterness. Dry clean refreshing finish. light to medium bodied, creamy and lively. emotv (331), Izmir, Turkey Apr 6, 2009 Get ir from Italy. Golden light and cloudy colour. A big head. Tropical fruits and wheat beer noticions. Not a full body beer. But nice and drinkable i call it a very good summer wheat beer.
