Blond, cloudy, milky (colloďdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

0.75l bottle from the Vrutak store in Zagreb, courtesy of heavy. I really thought I’d rated this before. Anyway, poured a cloudy pale yellow body. Dry dusty nose, sweet, coriander and light banana. Soft lemony taste, some coriander, perfumey. Bit too light but pleasant.

Bottle (33 cl) at Bishops Arms, V. Hamngatan, Göteborg, Sweden. Cloudy milky pale golden, large white head. Strong phenolic and spicy aroma, a bit to much actually. Smooth mouthfeel. Dry with a light acidity.

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2011 Bought a 33cl bottle @ Bottega della Birra (Arona). Lemon aroma, spiced by corriander. Delicate taste. A good wheat beer, very drinkable and fresh but imho a little bit overrated.

Bottle from "BelgaSörökHáza", Budapest. Shows a hazy pale yellow colour with a nice and laceing head. It smells citrus-fruity, grainy and of coriander. It starts crisp, the flavour is of lemon or grapefruit, the texture is medium to thin. The tart charactered middle part brings cereal and spicy aromas along, the finish is light tart, citric and dry. Medium bodied brew, whichf after it got enough aired it got better. Overall O.K.

Bottle. Aroma is light, zesty, unusually mild notes of clove, with a touch of pear. Palate is soft, classically wheat-textured, with a smooth finish. For a playful Wit, lighter on character than usual but not uninteresting, this would be a go-to.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color, with a big frothy, soapy looking white head. The aroma is mostly of spice, coriander, yeast, dough and citrus. The flavor is again of corainder, maybe some pepper and other spices. I also get the doughy yeast, maybe som barnyard aswell along with a decent amount of citrus. The body is light with a crisp and slightly dry mouthfeel. Overall a solid and really refreshing Belgian Wit Bier!

Bottle, 6C. Milky straw with a snow-white head. Aroma: wheat, a little yeast sourness, lemon zest, coriander. Taste has quite sharp lemon that overwhelms the sweetness. Heavily spiced finish with white pepper and clove as well as coriander.
