COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

On top of a light yellow hazy body floats a large white head. For a few seconds. Fair lacing. Nothing to write on Facebook about so far. But what this brew lacks in appearances it more than makes up for in the aroma! Spices, banana, a yeasty soapiness, floral notes and light fruit. Very pleasant, sweet and refreshing! The taste is light sweet and light acidic with a short, dry and chalky finish. Banana, soap and flowers in the flavours. Light body, watery texture and medium to lively carbonation. Why do I find every beer I drink these days too thin and watery? Even so the magnificent aroma and the decent taste makes the Namur drinkable.
[33 cl bottle, from Centra Colosseum, Majorstua, Oslo]

330ml bottle from Centra Colosseum in Oslo. Served in a tall Ayinger glass back home. Momentary huge white head. Cloudy yellow. Spiced fruits and bready malts to the nose. Taste of lemon, spices and wheat. Aftertaste of bittersweet citrus. Soft in the mouth, dry on the swallow. Middle of the road (Tromsø, 14.10.2011).

Citrus and spices both in aroma and taste, finish is rather abrupt. Medium body and a creamy texture, lively carbonation. Yellow colour, and a frothy white head. (75 cl bottle)

330ml bottle. Pours a very hazy pale yellow with a thin head. Aroma is nutmeg, other warming roots I can’t pick out but different. Taste has a little coriander to start. A little milky, very spicy. Nutmeg on the aftertaste. Lots of carbonation but a little short in the mouth.

pours a nice light yellow color. The head disappears pretty fast. Fairly lighter aromas of lemon peels, citrus’, and some spice tones. Lighter feel but lacking a slight bit along with mostly lemon tones. Not the most complex wit, but nice and refreshing and pretty good overall

Bottle @ home. Nice hazy pale white-yellow color, white head. Smell slightly wheat, nice fruityness and some hops and spices. Taste wheat, lightly spices, fruits, citrus. Nicely balanced.

Pours a bubbly hazy light straw golden color, ä medium white head. Definate spice, corriander, anise, citrus peel. Sweet malt. Well carbonated. Likorice, malt and definitely koriander on palate. Soap finish. B@H.

Bottle. Light hazy golden with a frothy head. Aroma is coriander, white grapes, citrus, orange and tea on top of soft malt and some bananaI also detected some raspberries. Very fresh, sweetish and highly fruity aroma. Taste is malty, with white grapes, citrus and orange, sourish with a slightly dryish, tea-like aftertaste. A classic.

buona e piacevole witbier, però sia negli odori che nei sapori manca un po di incisività!c’è tutto quello che ci si aspetta ma in un modo un po soffice
