| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Mar 26, 2009 Pours a hazy golden-orange color with a thick white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma is strong orange and yeast. Flavor is a little less sweet, with notes of grapefruit and coriander. It’s a little more aggressive than many witbiers, but I liked it.

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 10, 2009 Bottle (330ml). Poured muddy pale yellow with a good sized, dense, foamy white head which lasted well. Aroma was of sweet bready malts with floral hops, lemon citrus, pears, coriander and some cinnamon. Flavor was of yeasty malts with a light bitterness, ripe pears, sweet/crisp apples (red), guava and some cinnamon in the finish. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation, a dry mouthfeel and a good length finish. Great body for alcohol content. lithy (1650), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
