Apr 6, 2009 pours hazy medium yellow with a creamy head. Aroma is lightly malty and hoppy, with yeast being dominate; horse blanket and soap, hints of apple and coriander. Flavor is well balanced, slightly yeasty, spicy with citrus bitterness. Dry clean refreshing finish. light to medium bodied, creamy and lively.

Apr 6, 2009 Get ir from Italy. Golden light and cloudy colour. A big head. Tropical fruits and wheat beer noticions. Not a full body beer. But nice and drinkable i call it a very good summer wheat beer.

Mar 26, 2009 Pours a hazy golden-orange color with a thick white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma is strong orange and yeast. Flavor is a little less sweet, with notes of grapefruit and coriander. It’s a little more aggressive than many witbiers, but I liked it.
If you’re looking to introduce friends to craft brewing, this might be a good entry (as one friend with me put it--"it’s like Blue Moon times three.").

Mar 21, 2009 Updated: Apr 25, 2009Colore giallo pallido un pò torbido con una schiuma densa e bianca di discreto spessore.Aroma dolce di malto e luppolo con richiami floreali,di limone,agrumi, pere, cannella, coriandolo.Sapore di lievito e malto leggermente amaro e forse cannella nel finale.Bevuta sia alla spina che in bicchiere.Buona,la apprezzo molto in giornate calde perchè disseta in modo perfetto.

Mar 10, 2009 Bottle (330ml). Poured muddy pale yellow with a good sized, dense, foamy white head which lasted well. Aroma was of sweet bready malts with floral hops, lemon citrus, pears, coriander and some cinnamon. Flavor was of yeasty malts with a light bitterness, ripe pears, sweet/crisp apples (red), guava and some cinnamon in the finish. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation, a dry mouthfeel and a good length finish. Great body for alcohol content.

Mar 5, 2009 Pours a dark hazy orange-white with a substantial pure white head. Aroma is big coriander, some orange, citrus, and yeast. Taste has more lemon, orange, with a drying yeasty spice finish. Claims to be made with licorice but I can’t find any.
