COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloďdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Pours a very light lemon yellow with a medium amount of white head. Aroma is spice mixed with lemon. Flavor is spicy (coriander/pepper) with hints of citrus (more lemon than orange). Medium carbonation. Very mellow but a decent beer. Good summer beer.

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2009 Draught in Pullman Bar, Helsinki- Cloudy, hazy and golden in appearance with an attractive head. Tangy lemon aroma which reminds me of a lemon meringue pie. Lemon in the taste with a slight hint of spice which is subtle but tasty. Very refreshing.

Hazy yellow with medium head. Coriander, oranges and yeast is in the aroma and flavor. My favourite witbier. Nice on those hot summerdays.

Hazy greyish gold with a large white head. Aroma of yeast and citrus zest. Citric sourness in the taste with a wheaty background. A little soapy dryness. Didn’t get on too well with this. Perhaps wits need a summer evening...

750 ml bottle. A very cloudy and pale blonde beer with a big and persistent white head. Near soapy lemon aroma with spicy touches of coriander and orange peel. The flavour has wheaty, yeasty and spicy notes (again orange, lemon and coriander). Perhaps less picy than expected after the aroma. It has a nice refreshing tartness, but maybe the body is too thin. Well carbonated with short/medium aftertaste and light bitterness. At least thirst quenching.

Drink it very cold! It has a cloudy look when you drink it between 2 and 4 Celsius degree. The beer is very characteristic with the citrus and coriander flavour, whit the lactic acid and the fine yeast in the bottle. If you can get this beer in magnum style(1,5 L), lets buy that one!!!
