3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
750ml bottle. Sweet, fruity aroma with suggestions of lemon frosting and doughy, spicy yeast, some faint pepper alongside notes of coriander and clove, highlighting a slight amount of maltiness in the background. Extremely pale yellow color, hazy with greyish clouds of swirling sediment and a lasting, foamy head. Flavor is spicy, lightly honeyish and sweet, sugary to start, turning lemony, lightly tart and citric, the finish spicy and full of orange, lemon, coriander, banana, and a variety of spices including more clove and coriander. Fluffy, airy palate with a light-medium body. Fairly tasty and refreshing wit.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle at home.
Light yellow with a large white head (unclear like milk was added). Aroma moderate malty (coriander, citrus), light yeasty/hoppy. Flavor moderate sweet, light acidic/bitter. Light body, watery, soft carbonated. Wonderful!

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pour amazing white into the glass. I guess it was really a straw yellow, but Iíve never seen a beer this light in color. A snow white head sat on top for most of the drink. Very delcate on the aroma with the typical corriander spiceiness. Dough, dust, and a lemon citrus note. Again, very light on the flavors as well. Wheat and spice, pepper, and orange when the beer warms a bit. Rolls over the tongue nicely. I think the temp outside helped my enjoy this beer a bit more than I normally would have.

(750ml bottle) Pours a cloudy light yellow body (resembling pineapple juice) with an average white head. Aroma of orange peel, coriander, and lemon. Flavor of orange and wheat with watered down, carbonated mouthfeel.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottel, 25cl. A big deception this one! I love witbiers and Namur was recommended by a friend so i was expecting much more. Hazy yellow colour with a good white head, rapidly diminishing. Aroma is medium sweet, yeasty and with a hint of lemon. Flavour is very weak and watery. Light body and a sweet finish. Want a witbier? Try a Hoegaarden.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Taster at Binnyís, Orland Park. Pretty much your standard wit. Probably the whitest pour Iíve ever seen. Pretty fizzy. Taste is redolent of lemon and a bit of clove. Followup finally brings in a hint of banana. Fritziness continues through the end.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
750 ml bottle, BBD 12/09/08, Winooski Beverage in Winooski, VT (May 2006), served a bit above fridge termperature in a Chouffe tulip. It pours a very pale yellow-gold, luminous with sparkly gelatinous yeasty particles, nearly opaque and topped with a lasting creamy very white head that leaves no lacing....aroma is very mild, lemon-orangy with faint hints of ginger and coriander, perhaps a touch soapy....body is lemon-lime soda, similarly thin though not syrupy, moderately sweet with barely a trace of yeast character, faintly spicy, pretty bland and insipid over all though reasonably thirst-quenching....closer to cellar temperature, the body fattens up a bit (though it remains watery at the finish) and a touch of dry cobwebby yeast asserts itself, but not enough depth is added to make it more than...ok.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle at Beer on the Pier, Chicago. Wheat aroma with corriander. I donít know that I detected orange peel. Litterally white in color, perhaps the whitest beer Iíve ever come across. A layer of white head. Gets a point for uniqueness in appearance. Thin body; might be better if it was served a little colder. Has all the correct flavor chacteristics. Not too bad; just a little light (only 4.5%).

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very pale, straw body with a tall fizzy head. Smells of soft wheat, coriander, with strong licorice overtones. The latter tones down in the flavor and complements the wheat, coriander, and orange rind nicely. Very refreshing with a crisp, dry finish.
