Blond, cloudy, milky (colloÔdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

25cl bottle labeled 18/01/08. Poured a medium and cloudy golden / yellow color with a huge sized white head. Aromas of lemons, yeast, oranges, and spices (corriander). Tastes of wheat, lemons, and light spices. The tastes where kind of bland and watery. Thinner body.

Pours with the slightest touch of haze. The beer is a very pale, straw gold color and it is topped by a frothy, initially two finger thick, pale, off-white colored head. The aroma sort of has a musty grain character to it, damp wheat that has picked up just a hint of mold. The orange peel is really the first note noticed though and it is perhaps the note with the biggest aromatic presence (though not by much). The nose is quite aromatic, with lots of spicy notes that I canít quite pull out; the coriander is here after I dig for it a bit, and I wouldnít be surprised if the licorice was contributing something to the general character of the aroma as well.

The beer is quite light on the tongue with enough carbonation to cause it to foam up a bit as it hits my mouth. A light tartness is here as well, which, along with the dryness, accentuates a the orange peel to taste more like a lemon flavor. Without the yeast it is just a bit too clean.

For my second pour I make sure to really mix in the yeast from the bottle conditioning. The beer is now deeply hazy and even the aroma has picked up some yeastiness to it. The flavor does not change too much, but the finish does have more of a yeast / fermented dough character to it. This beer is really a summer quaffer; it is very light and refreshing. I donít really get a sense of the liquorice, well no, know that I am looking for it there is some of that flavor here. Somehow it mixes with the citrus notes and it adds to the overall refreshing character of this brew.

Letís see. My girlfriend and her best friend are discussing boy problems while I drink this so Iíll try to keep it objective; it keeps me sane. Really thick huge white head. Light straw color. Bright sugar nose. Some wheat, lemon in the nose. Sweet, almost a type of SweetTart flavor. I guess you can figure out that it is sort of sweet, a bit tart, and really dry. Decent if you can get a hand on it. Not the complete best beer, but give it a try if you see it in the cooler.

Poured 25cl. Cloudy yellow/orange with a thin white head and low carbonation. Aroma of sour citrus, similar in flavour: sour with notes of lemon and wheat. Quite watery but certainly refreshing. Thin palate, a little oily? A average wheat, I found it too weak and watery to be good, could have been more flavoursome.

25 cl. bottle. Straw, hazy with a moderate and quickly disappearing head. The aroma has notes of coriander, citrus and wheat, just like the flavour, that has light sweetness. Itís refreshing and light, a nice thirst quencher, that might have a bit more depth.

Pours a cloudy white/yellow with a nice frothy white head. Smells of coriander, cloves, bananas, and licorice with some minor citrussy elements creeping in as it warms. Taste is a nicely balanced coriander/spicey, malty combo with a strong spicey citrus finish. Definitely am enjoyable experience.

From a 750ml Bottle. I took this bottle to a party at the weekend. Very cloudy, small lose head, not much lacing. Not a strong flavour - Itís slightly watery, but with some lemon cirtus flavours. You can taste the wheat, and some slight sweet spice. Light bodied, nice cold, but not exceptional.

Aroma of yeast, citrus, coriander ... Hazy, bubbly lemon yellow with a white head that reduced quickly. Starts with coriander, followed by anise, then orange, ending with a bit of spice/herb. Very refreshing.

A large & fluffy head settles quick and creamy. Excessive carbonation clouds an otherwise light-hazed, pallid yellow body. Dry aromas intensify the underwhelming character of a wheaty base... bready and lemony with clove-like incense as a by-product of the coriander and liquorice. Fluffy mouthfeel precedes a creamy swallow. Flavor is light and yeasty with citrus notes fluctuating between fruit and rind. Well-suited to a languid, humid day in August, but a satisfying alternative to stouts and barleywines on a blustery winterís night.

Chilled 330ml bottle. Sharp sour yeast aroma reminds me of the dregs in a bottom of a fermenter that has been left there for a bit too long, yet its used by June 2007, so iím assuming this is normal. Bit of mouldy lemon and spice there too, which isnít encouraging I gotta say. Pale straw body with alot of haze and a foamy white head. Light touch of lemon-rind flavour in the body, with an acid tang. Carbonation seems quite creamy, with a drying yeasty note that lingers and seems off-putting. This bottle may have been a dud!
