COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloďdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

[750ml alias Tesco Finest Belgian Wheat Beer] Pours hazy pale yellow with fluffy white head that reduces to a tight lacing. Aromas of coriander, spice, lemons. Taste is sharp lemon, some bitter coriander type flavour, wheat and yeast. Very effervescent on the palate. Thin, bitter finish. All in all, quite refreshing [02112010]

Bottle [250ml] shared with HogTownHarry & garthicus -- c/o HogTownHarry. Pours a hazy, bubbly, very pale yellow with an average size foamy white head. Slightly sweet aroma of wheat, yeast, herbs, fruit and spices -- something a touch odd about the aroma to me. Flavour’s a bit watery but somewhat refreshing, it’s yeasty and herbal along with spices and citrus. Average bodied. A simple beer but it’s an easy to drink Summer beer.

275ml bottle shared with blankboy and garthicus, muled from Europe by my pal Austin - thanks!! Kind of wimpy-looking, very pale yellow, quite cloudy, nice huge white fluffy lasting head (3- on balance). Odd perfume/floral aroma, pungent, spicy - sort of sweet ... I suppose coriander, but orange? No, more like urinal cake. Taste ... hmmm, dry, papery, vaguely spicy, weak coriander, no alcohol - soft, not too good. Slightly thick, still mouthfeel, fast-finishing. Not old, but kinda weak.

Thanks to HogTownHarry. Appearance: cloudy, almost milky coloured, a light yellow tinge, small white head. Aroma: slight lemon at first with a good amount of yeast, pepper and strawberry with a decent amount of sweetness to it. Flavour: Orange and lemon, with coriander, quite yeasty with a nice, light, refreshing finish.

0.75l bottle from the Vrutak store in Zagreb, courtesy of heavy. I really thought I’d rated this before. Anyway, poured a cloudy pale yellow body. Dry dusty nose, sweet, coriander and light banana. Soft lemony taste, some coriander, perfumey. Bit too light but pleasant.

Bottle (33 cl) at Bishops Arms, V. Hamngatan, Göteborg, Sweden. Cloudy milky pale golden, large white head. Strong phenolic and spicy aroma, a bit to much actually. Smooth mouthfeel. Dry with a light acidity.

A: snifter. opaque pale yellow color, very vibrant. pure white head. good lacing, outstanding retention. S: wonderful lemonade aromas. some sours. almost sugary. some major lemon zest. T: if you could combine beer and lemonade, this would be it. great citrus, mostly lemon, with great sour flavors. M: big carbonation level. medium bodied. very crisp and smooth. D: extremely drinkable. very mellow sours. very nice, great summer beer.

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2011 Bought a 33cl bottle @ Bottega della Birra (Arona). Lemon aroma, spiced by corriander. Delicate taste. A good wheat beer, very drinkable and fresh but imho a little bit overrated.
