COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy straw color with medium creamy white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of wheat, coriander, lemon, orange peel and yeast. Taste starts with light sweet grainy malt, follows sour fruity and yeasty with dry and spicy mouthfeel, but almost without any bitterness. Light to medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Refreshing thirst quencher...

Some may cringe at the score, but it is the best in its class by far and simply my favourite sessional beer on the planet. It is refreshing, great mouth feel, easy drinking, still flavourful and has a great citrusy finish that does not pretend to be anything else. For me the best wit bier I’ve tasted and I have tasted many. I too like massive complex beers that exited the senses, but when I want a sit back and just drink sessional beer (or palate cleanser between), I can’t go past this. If you want a "big beer" then drink something else as it is not meant to be over complex, but it is made very well and delivers on what it should be.

Little aroma. Not great head retention, but still a fair fluffy white head, fairly clear wheat colour. Taste is very clean with pretty heavy notes of coriander. Overall a very easy drinking beer, very we’ll balanced, but little to excite.

Colore giallo opaco con una schiuma fine e persistente, al naso gli aromi sono agrumati, al palato è molto delicata, abbastanza secca e lascia un leggero amaro in bocca, forse un pò blanda di corpo

Bottle, nice aroma of a typical witbier, rich in citrus, wheat and coriander. Pours very pale yellow, hazy with very rich, snowwhite head, leaves a beautiful lacing. Taste is lightly sour, almost no bitterness, no sweetness. medium-high carbonation. Very drinkable beer, refreshing - as witbier should be made. Hard to find any cons of this one, just incredible. It may not be too complex, but that’s its beauty.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours yellow with a white head. Taste sweet, citrus, coriander. I thought this was good. I would drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
