Commercial Description:
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Chalky orange nose. Fizzy head, liveley carbonation, murky golden color. Candy, honey and orange taste. Ok.

This is a nice little witbier. A nice white head that sticks around, but perhaps not due to the resiliency of the foam, but the sheets of streaming bubbles. The color is what slightly caramelized grapefruit juice would look like, a cloudy khaki with a bit of yellow and pink. The coriander and orange aroma is just strong enough to be inviting and far from boring, but not so strong as to be a distraction or overwhelming. The same goes for the flavor. Nicely balanced with a crisp, dry wheat flavor dominating up front, but with a burst of orange in the finish that leaves you expecting citrus tartness that never comes. The body is very light and it's overall fairly dry, but that's all what you'd expect from a witbier. I offer no excuses for my love of witbiers and hefeweizens. If I could find this at home, it'd be my lawnmower beer.

750 ml bottle from Holiday Wine Cellar. Slightly sour citrus and spice aroma. Slight orange taste with a spicy, ginger like quality. Decent overall.

Bottle: Poured a deep cloudy yellow color ale with some white haze and a small foamy head with good retention but no lacing. Aroma of medium wheat malt with some light coriander. Taste is also dominated by some nice wheat malt notes with some coriander and orange notes. Body is too thin and watery and carbonation is a bit low for the style. More spices and a bigger malt profile would have increase flavour profile. I guess this is OK for the style but I have definitely tasted better.

What a beer! Great fruity aroma and flavor. The coriander is in it, but there is more to it than that. I realy like the taste and aroma this beer has. But it’s a bit to sparkling.

Draught in Aarhus, Denmark. Pale golden milky colour, low head. Typical witbier aroma and flavour of orange peel and coriander, but there’s also a sufficient base of wheat malts and hops to support it. Well balanced, smooth and very pleasant and refreshing to drink. Not a beer that pops up and says BOOH! - but a very nice one all the same.
