Commercial Description:
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

750 bottle from Whole Foods La Jolla. Pours hazy whitish golden with a large and foamy white head that diminished rather quickly. Aroma of grainy wheat, citrus, floral notes and bready yeasts and alfalfa. Very much tart wheat and citrusy flavor, hints of spice and hops. Light to medium body and aggressive carbonation. Meh...

Pale yellow cloudiness hue, with an off-white head, yeasty citrusy note, with a nice spicy coriander accent, and a juicy lemony aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with zesty citrusy mildy acidic character, with a candied orange peel fruitiness, spicy coriander, and hint of liquorice spiciness, wheaty malt note, leading towards a juicy lemony, and faint lactic finish.

It was good, but only that. I like them a bit stronger in flavor than this. However, the body is just right, a hair stronger than wispy, making it a very refreshing, post-soccer game-in 85 degree-weather treat. Plus, a touch too sugary sweet in the finish for me.

Bottle. Hazy dark yellow with a thick foamy head. Looks like a good wit. Nose-soapy, heather, coriander, moldy, fusty. Taste-prickly CO2, thin, watery, coriander, light lemon juice, salt, good use the usual wit spices, light grapefruit, low esters, low phenols, does a good job of keeping the phenols and esters usually found in wits in check. Not as nasty as most wits.

Aroma: Orange zest, coriander, yeast. Appearance: Hazy amber with frothy white head. Mouthfeel: Medium body, gentle carbonation, watery. Flavor: Moderately sweet, citrusy. Barely adequate witbier.

Pours a hazy yellow wit a white head. Sweet with aromas of yeast, wheat, citrusfruits and apple. Shoort bitter finish. Very nice.
