COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

[Bottle]. Pale yellow, lightly hazed, lively head formation and good retention - about as pale a white ale as I’ve seen. Strong lemony/lime - sprite aroma. Well carbonated, soft lemony flavor, plenty of coriander and hints of orange. Not bad, but a little heavy on the lemon.

I’ve been drinking all kinds of witbier as of late, sheesh. This pours a hazy whiteish yellow with a big white head. Aroma is fruity pebbles with some orange and spicy yeasty notes. Flavor is nice and drier for the style, some lemon and a little bitter orange peel. Somewhat spicy, pretty good all together.

Bottle 33. White - yellow hazy ale. My favorite Wit beer, very refreshing, nice body. Agrume taste present but not too much. Very drinkable, a pretty good beer.

Thanks to HogTownHarry. Appearance: cloudy, almost milky coloured, a light yellow tinge, small white head. Aroma: slight lemon at first with a good amount of yeast, pepper and strawberry with a decent amount of sweetness to it. Flavour: Orange and lemon, with coriander, quite yeasty with a nice, light, refreshing finish.

Lemony aroma. Refreshing spicy flavor with a prickly mouthfeel. Not alot of body but pretty good flavor.
