COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

75cl bottle from Tesco. Cloudy old gold colour with thick lasting white head. Yeasty, spicey, orange, coriander, orange peel aroma. Hoegaarden wannabe. Nice, attractive aroma, hit of wheat to start with and then lovely lemon/orange mix to finish with herb and more cereal. This is very refreshing and overall a nice beer of its style.

Bottle. Cloudy lemon/gold, disappearing white head. Good Belgian white beer aroma. Lemon, cereal, refreshing in mouth. Ticks all the boxes. Not exceptional, but no faults either. Nice tasting wit. I like this style of beer.

Bottle, bought @ Bjergtrolden, Roskilde.
Pours very pale, hazy yellow with a medium, frithy, white head. Aroma is wonderfully spicy, lots of fresh coriander, light citric and good graininess. A bit light mouthfeel. Flavour is again based more on the spices than the yeast - unlike many other wits. A bit milky with a light graininess. LIght sweetness.

25 cl. bottle. Straw, hazy with a moderate and quickly disappearing head. The aroma has notes of coriander, citrus and wheat, just like the flavour, that has light sweetness. It’s refreshing and light, a nice thirst quencher, that might have a bit more depth.

25cl bottle from den belgiske ølbutik, helsinge. cloudy yellow, small thick smooth white head. very nice spicy, citrussy, slight peachy refreshing aroma, also some sweetness in there (powdered sugar). flavor is quite dry, a bit yeasty, peachy, slight citrus, slight spices, stronger coriander note. palate is well carbonated, a little too bubbly i think. overall a nice dry one, but a little too sweet and skunky, as well as a little too agressively carbonated/ too bubbly.

Hazy pale yellow with a lasting white head. Aroma has fruity orange, wheat and a hint of spice. Dry and grainy wheat flavour with orange and spices mostly in the finish. An alright wit, but nothing special.
