COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Aroma of yeast, citrus, coriander ... Hazy, bubbly lemon yellow with a white head that reduced quickly. Starts with coriander, followed by anise, then orange, ending with a bit of spice/herb. Very refreshing.

Bottled: Light yellow. Hazy. Thin white quickly diminishing head. Yeast, rubber and spices in the aroma. Banana, citrus, spices and some yeast in the flavour. Dies quickly on the palate. I've had much better Belgian Witbiers.

Bottle... Hazy, straw-colored ale with a mid-sized, frothy, white head. Good retention. Yeasty, breadsy aroma with a soapy essence and equal dashes of spices and herbs. Medium-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Tart, with low sweetness and low bitterness. Terrifically balanced and refreshing. Short, crisp, lightly acidic finish.

Bottled 330ml from Marche de Natalie, Bouillon, Belgium. Clouded yellow with big white head. Was I surprised with this one, expecting just another Blanche, I was so blown away i have to give it my best Belgian Wit score ever. There is lemon and spice in the aroma, this follows doggedly into the beer which is a delicate, zesty brew with maybe a touch of ginger. Its fine and not overbearing, delicate. The flavour remains throughout, with maybe a touch of yeastiness. Very good indeed.

Bottle corked. Poured hazy yellow with a large frothy white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate yeasty sour citrus aroma. Light to medium body. Medium citrus sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind.

A Mes rate: A decent nose of lemon and spice if a little dusty. It all goes downhill from there on really. Head is over as quick as it forms and when I say over I mean totally vanished, appearance all round is pretty uninviting to be honest. Looks like urine when you are ill. Flavour is initially spritely with a hint of lemon but then that "powdery" stuff comes through and spoils everything. Finish is orangy and more powder. Just nothing to get excited about. It’s better than Stella, that’s about it. It finishes like bottled sparkling water to me. A bit salty and well yes, that’s about it.

25cl bottle labeled 18/01/08. Poured a medium and cloudy golden / yellow color with a huge sized white head. Aromas of lemons, yeast, oranges, and spices (corriander). Tastes of wheat, lemons, and light spices. The tastes where kind of bland and watery. Thinner body.
