Commercial Description:
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Draught @ Kallion Poirotti, Helsinki. Cloudy yellow color, expansive white head. Citric aroma with wheaty notes. The wheat goes on to the taste, with some additional fruity notes -- very little banana. A very pleasant witbier.

Bottle, april 08. Hazy, yellow-orange color with a lasting, bubbly, medium white head. Nice citric, spicy, coriander aroma. Perfumey. Nice, citric, spicy flavor with some perfumey notes. Light mouthfeel, silky feelingm acidic refreshment with swift carbonatation. Nice, perfumey and refreshing wit.

750 bottle. Hazy yellow at first, then very milky and cloudy on the last pour with the yeast. Small head. Nose of citrus, lemon, tartness. Fluffy, carbonated body. Light body and flavors. A bit tart, tangy, lemony but nothing that really stands out. A good summer beer but a bit lacking overall on flavor.

Draught at Microbar, Clapham, London 26/01/08. Banana, wheat, sulphur and coriander in the bouquet. Pours an opaque lemon coloured beer with a firm frothy head. Carbonated. Citrus, grapefruit and pineapple on the pallette. Dry bitter finish somewhat powdery. An ok wheat beer.

very light, some spice. Noticable orangepeel, but can’t find the licorice. Tastes dirty and murky, far from fresh. Bottle from Neighborhood Quick Stop, Miami, Florida.

750 ml bottle. A very cloudy and pale blonde beer with a big and persistent white head. Near soapy lemon aroma with spicy touches of coriander and orange peel. The flavour has wheaty, yeasty and spicy notes (again orange, lemon and coriander). Perhaps less picy than expected after the aroma. It has a nice refreshing tartness, but maybe the body is too thin. Well carbonated with short/medium aftertaste and light bitterness. At least thirst quenching.

Pours a hazy straw-colour with a fizzy, thick white head that retains well. The body is insanely effervesent, it just doesn’t die. The aroma is mostly lemon citrus, mild corriander with some yogurt-like lactic acidity. The flavour has everything you could want from a witbier. Orange citrus, aromatic spice, tart fruit, bubblegum yeast and again, that lactic acid, which I feel adds depth, not a distraction. The aftertaste is a bit grainy, or is that cardboard? The mouthfeel is a little thin, but it’s a wit, so it should be. Tingly carbonation.

The 15.4 ounce bottle poured a slightly hazy straw colored beverage with a snowy white creamy smooth head that was completely lasting and left great lacing on the glass. The aroma was true to the style with dry sour fruity aromas. The body was medium-light with lively carbonation and a dry texture. The flavor starts out lightly sour and stays that way through the medium-long finish, mellowing as it ages on the tongue. The finish is dry, tart and refreshing with slight alcohol warmth.
