COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Bottle, 6C. Milky straw with a snow-white head. Aroma: wheat, a little yeast sourness, lemon zest, coriander. Taste has quite sharp lemon that overwhelms the sweetness. Heavily spiced finish with white pepper and clove as well as coriander.

very light, some spice. Noticable orangepeel, but can’t find the licorice. Tastes dirty and murky, far from fresh. Bottle from Neighborhood Quick Stop, Miami, Florida.

19-JUN-2010, bottle @Ulkløbben sommerfest in Kregme. Very light and unclear golden with white head. Not overly inviting. Slightly sour, some yeast, but overall nothing special.

Unpretentious and refreshing wit that makes a good breakfast in itself. Big head that fizzles away quickly like sea foam. Lemon and nutmeg flavours in there, with the right balance of tartness and sweetness. Warms the tummy nicely.

Overly clean Wit Hints of coriander and orange blossom, some wheat distinction. Citrus acid and a touch of cardboard oxidation.

33 cl bottle poured to my favorite 1/2 pint taster, with a hazed, straw color, abundant, white, small bubbled & frothy, meringue-like head foam, and thick, lasting, curtainy lacing. The aroma was light wheat, light herb & spice as coriander, a touch of sweetness, and a fruity, almost apricot scent. The flavor continued all notes in a light fashion, adding a hint of orange rind, with the head tickling the nose on every sip. Maybe a little thin on the body, but effervescent, refreshing, and subtly dry.

Hazy lemon honey colour under a small short lasting white head. Fresh citrus, corriander and grainy aroma. Medium light body. Light floral citrusy start. Malty grain and spicey middle, and sweeter frutier refreshing finish. A bit faint but quite nice considering Wits are not a real favourite of mine.
